A Techie Wearing Prison Clothes Doing Taxes

When you have a prisoner doing taxes what do you get? That's right Andy Dufresne! I just made him a little more techie (nerdy) to go with this Arty Games suggestion. Don't worry, just one more Arty Games post for the time being and we'll be back to more nonsense from my brain.

Treasure Chest + Newspaper =

Doing some more object combinations from the Arty Games app. Not sure if putting one object inside the other is in the spirit of this exercise but I thought it would be amusing if for some reason the newspapers were kept locked up inside the treasure chest while some typical looking treasure was just casually lying around next to it. Makes you wonder what's so special about the newspapers.

So carrying on with the Arty Games app and trying it's other features. Here is an exercise in it that involves combining two different objects. I'm sure you can already see what those objects are. Wasn't too difficult a task this one.

More environment type challenges from Jazza's Arty Games app. This ice castle comes complete with a moat made from it's own ice melting.

Underground Lab "falling down"

So about a month or so back I featured a few drawings inspired by the Arty Games app by Jazza from Draw With Jazza on You Tube and Rob. I decided to try it out again and this time try a couple of environment challenges. When I saw that I had to draw something that's underground falling "down" I thought I'd have a bit of trouble but as soon as I came up with the lonely flower being responsible for the laboratory that is about to crumble, I was all set.

Monster Fighting Goblin Hoard with Chopsticks

Yep, that dreaded word "hoard" came up on the Arty Games app. Here's a good example of something I wouldn't come up with to draw myself, as anyone else that draws may tell you a big crowd of any kind can be quite annoying to draw and if you're drawing it on a very small piece of paper it becomes extra tricky. Upon seeing "hoard of goblins" I did dread drawing this one slightly. I could have skipped it and pretended it never came up on the Arty Games app but I decided to stick with it and choose the 4 in a row that I had decided to stick with and I think it turned out pretty well in the end. Lot's of action in a small space and I can imagine there's even more goblins running towards this monster from out of frame.

That's the last from this crop of Arty Games pics, but I'm sure I'll do plenty more in the future. It's also the end of my little weekend of out of routine postings, who knows if I'll do that again in the future...
