More Arty Games app fun. The sixth film in the exorcist series went to some strange eXtremes.

Physicist Vs Panda

So just for fun I've decided to post a few extra doodles over the weekend. They all have a running theme that they were created using an app called Jazza's Arty Games. The app was made by a YouTuber that does a lot of art related videos called Jazza and his friend Rob, hence the dedication. I got the app because it's function of composing a completely random scenario (apparently over a billion possible combinations exist) to draw seemed perfect for these doodles and provides me with ideas if I get the old artistic block and also something fun to draw that I would have never thought of myself. I generated 4 scenarios in a row and this is the first one it came up with. I'll post another later today and a couple tomorrow too.

Teepee or Wigwam

I couldn't decide which picture to represent teepee to use and without the words, it may not have been clear that that is meant to be Wham! but there we go.

Thinking of posting a few extra doodles over the weekend, what do you all think?

TRAIN DOODLES #003: Dumbo

Figured I'd continue the circus train theme. Did anyone else find it a bit strange that the train in Dumbo was alive? Was that all part of an elephant's drunken delusions?

Lego Dimensions

Anyone else been keeping up with the E3 Dimensions news? Lets hope year 3 isn't just a bunch of diagrams like this because they've ran out of IPs to use. There's just so many already! Looking forward to what's to come.

Oh, and if you remember Fridays Menace Vs. Menace post you may have read on it that The Beano's Dennis first appeared on the 17th or you may have read he first appeared on the 12th depending on when/if you read it but as there seems to be some confusion of the actual date, I E-mailed The Beano editor and he gave me the scoop this morning. The issue was dated the 17th March 1951 but that would have been the Saturday after the it came out the actual release date would have been the Wednesday and so the 14th, making him 2 days younger than the U'S' Dennis. I shall go update the last post now.

Menace Vs. Menace

I've never read, played or watched Spy Vs. Spy but I decided to do a Dennis the Menace inspired parody of it anyway.

Hank Ketcham's Dennis the Menace first appeared in newspaper comics on March 12, 1951. He's caused mischief ever since along with his dog, Ruff. I remember him mostly in my younger years from watching his old cartoon series and he's even had live action movies made about him. I always remember Matt Groening saying he created Bart Simpson in response to not liking this Dennis the Menace as he always carried around a slingshot but never really used it or did anything particularly bad.

Dennis the Menace, star of The Beano comic, debuted just 2 days later on 14 March 1951, in an issue dated March 17 (Thanks to The Beano editor for personally clearing that up for me.) He's also had his own animated series' over the years and together with his trusty dog Gnasher would be more likely to cause a disturbance with his catapult. Maybe Matt Groening should have been reading The Beano instead. In recent years I have heard criticism of him being less of a menace than he used to be. I haven't read his comics in years though so I couldn't comment on that personally but when I was younger I did read some of the even older comics as well as the (at the time) new ones and I felt like the older ones, even back then, were a little more violent. Certainly towards the kids themselves, who would frequently be hit with a slipper or cane in the last panel by a parent or teacher in comeuppance to their antics.

TRAIN DOODLES #002: Young Indiana Jones

This train is going to have a lot of people running across the top of it. It is a popular trope of narratives that involve trains and also an easy way for me to represent the film as details inside a train might be too small. Firstly is a young Indiana Jones as seen in flashback in The [Second] Last Crusade.
